Terms of Service

Acceptance and Scope

By downloading, installing, connecting an account to, purchasing, or using a Tosolo service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Product-specific provisions apply only to the product identified in that provision.

Service Provision and Changes

Tosolo may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, content, items, integrations, advertisements, or other parts of a service for operational, security, legal, or technical reasons. Where reasonable, material changes or termination will be announced through the service, the applicable store listing, this website, or update notes.

Eligibility and Accounts

Users must be legally able to accept these Terms in their jurisdiction. Frog Domino may use platform or social login for identification. FileTracker uses the Gmail account selected by the user only to provide its Gmail-related features. Users are responsible for their accounts, devices, and login credentials.

Frog Domino: Remove Ads

Remove Ads is a permanent digital item that takes effect after a successful purchase and removes advertisements within Frog Domino.
The purchase does not guarantee that the Game, a platform account, or every feature will remain available indefinitely.
Payments, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Google Play, Apple App Store, and applicable consumer law.

FileTracker: Free Use

FileTracker is available to use at no charge.

Frog Domino may display banner, full-screen, or video advertisements as part of free access. Ad frequency and formats may change. Purchasing Remove Ads removes in-Game advertisements as described at the time of purchase. FileTracker does not display third-party advertising.

Acceptable Use

Users must not:

reverse engineer, modify, exploit, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to a service, except where applicable law expressly permits;
use cheats, automation, or data-tampering techniques to disrupt or abuse a service;
circumvent an access restriction or security measure;
resell or commercially redistribute a service without permission; or
violate law or the rights of Tosolo, Google, Apple, or any third party.

Third-Party Platforms and Services

Depending on the product, the services may depend on Google Play, Apple App Store, Chrome, Gmail, Google APIs, Firebase, and advertising providers. Their own terms and policies also apply. Tosolo is not responsible for a third party's service interruption, account restriction, policy change, or discontinuation.

Intellectual Property

The services and their code, graphics, audio, interfaces, documentation, and other materials are owned by Tosolo or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the applicable service under these Terms, no ownership right is transferred to the user.

Account and Data Management

Users may manage or revoke third-party access as described in the Privacy Policy. Removing an app or extension does not necessarily delete data held independently by an app store, advertising provider, or other third party.

Service Suspension and Termination

Tosolo may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or material violations of these Terms. Tosolo may discontinue a service for operational reasons and will provide reasonable notice where practical.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Tosolo does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, permanent compatibility with third-party platforms, or recovery of data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from willful misconduct or gross negligence where applicable.

Privacy

Personal data is handled according to the Tosolo Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

Tosolo may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Material changes will be communicated through a reasonable channel. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply in the user's country. If any provision conflicts with non-waivable law, that law controls only to the extent of the conflict.
