Privacy Policy

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to Frog Domino (the "Game") and FileTracker for Gmail ("FileTracker"). Sections that refer to a specific service apply only to that service.

Information Processed by Frog Domino

The Game may collect or process:

Account and identification data: platform or social login identifiers such as a UID or email address.
Usage data: device type, operating system, region, and gameplay patterns.
Advertising data: ad impressions, views, engagement, and performance metrics.
Purchase data: Remove Ads purchase status. Payments and refunds are handled by the applicable app store.
Analytics data: retention, errors, crashes, and performance logs.

Gmail Data Processed by FileTracker

To find attachments, images, and links in the Gmail conversation currently selected by the user, FileTracker may read:

the connected Gmail address;
message sender and date;
HTML and plain-text message bodies;
attachment and image names, types, sizes, and Gmail internal identifiers;
links contained in messages; and
original attachment or image data when the user requests a download or a thumbnail must be displayed.

FileTracker uses the Gmail read-only permission. It does not send, modify, or delete email.

FileTracker Device Processing and Local Storage

Gmail content, current scan results, and image thumbnails are processed between the Google Gmail API and the extension on the user's device. Current results and thumbnails remain in extension memory and are discarded when the side panel closes.

FileTracker stores only minimal product preferences, such as the dark mode setting, in Chrome local storage. It does not permanently store search history, viewed-message history, attachment lists, image lists, or link lists on the device.

FileTracker Server Storage

FileTracker does not operate a Tosolo account, licensing, payment, analytics, or content-storage server. Tosolo does not receive or store the connected Gmail address, email subjects, bodies, senders, recipients, attachments, images, thumbnails, filenames, links, scan results, click history, viewed-message history, or Gmail OAuth tokens through FileTracker.

Purposes of Processing

Information is processed only as necessary to:

provide the user-facing functions of each service;
process the Gmail thread selected by the user and display its materials in FileTracker;
operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the services;
provide advertising and measure ad performance in Frog Domino; and
comply with law and handle disputes.

Third-Party Services

Depending on the service used, data may be processed by:

Google: Gmail API and Google OAuth for FileTracker, and Firebase, Google Play, and Google AdMob for Frog Domino;
Apple: Apple App Store; and
Advertising providers for Frog Domino: including Unity Ads and AppLovin.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies. Any purchases offered in Frog Domino are processed by the applicable app store; Tosolo does not receive or store full payment-card details.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use Disclosure

FileTracker's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google user data is used only to provide or improve FileTracker's single user-facing purpose. It is not sold, transferred for advertising, used for personalized or retargeted advertising, used to determine creditworthiness, or used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. Tosolo does not permit humans to read Gmail content except with the user's explicit consent for a specific support case, when required for security, or when required by law.

Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

Frog Domino may use Firebase Analytics and advertising services for usage statistics, retention, crash reporting, ad delivery, and performance measurement. Data may be aggregated or pseudonymized depending on the service and applicable law.

FileTracker does not display third-party advertising and does not use analytics, behavioral tracking, Firebase Analytics, or Crashlytics.

Frog Domino Purchases

Google Play and Apple handle purchases and refunds offered in Frog Domino. Tosolo may receive the purchase status needed to provide purchased in-game features but does not receive or store full payment-card details. The applicable app store may retain transaction records under its own policy and legal obligations.

Retention and Deletion

FileTracker's temporary Gmail content and scan results are discarded as described above. Removing FileTracker deletes its locally stored extension data according to Chrome's behavior, and users may revoke FileTracker's Google Account access through Google Account settings. Because FileTracker does not send account or Gmail data to Tosolo servers, Tosolo has no FileTracker server account or Gmail-content record to delete.

For Frog Domino, data is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed for the purposes described in this policy, subject to applicable retention obligations.

Children's Privacy

Frog Domino is intended for general audiences. Where parental consent requirements apply, parental authorization may be required. FileTracker is not directed to children and is intended for users able to manage a Gmail account and accept these terms under applicable law.

User Rights

Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of their personal data. Requests may be submitted to tosolo.dev@gmail.com. Tosolo will not discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights.

International Data Transfers

Google, Firebase for Frog Domino, advertising providers, and app stores may process data on servers outside the user's country. FileTracker communicates directly with Google APIs to provide its Gmail features. Appropriate safeguards are applied by the relevant provider as required by applicable law.

Security Measures

Tosolo uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards and modern encrypted connections to protect data. No method of storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.

Service Termination

If a service is discontinued, Tosolo will delete or anonymize personal data it controls after completing applicable retention obligations. Third-party providers may retain data under their own policies and legal obligations.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Material changes will be communicated through a reasonable channel, such as this website, a store listing, or an in-product notice.
